Back up software

Anyone using Linux in an Enterprise Server?

I am looking at using a L.A.M.P. this L.A.M.P will be mission Critical so it will require full back ups twice a Work day, data back ups upon set up will be about 300Gb, then daily back ups will be about 10Gb, with a Large number of image files and transaction records in a mySQL DB.

anyone have any idea what linux solutions are available, lower the cost the better since its coming out of my pocket.

You could make a simple backup system using rsync.
