Best 775 mATX board?

Hey,

I'm in the process of buying a new motherboard for my system, because my last one broke.

All I want from it is reliability.

ATLEAST 2 DDR2 memory slots (4gb total, but 8 would be a huge bonus).

Core2Duo, Core2Quad compatible.

PCIe (I have a 9800GT).

Well positioned SATA ports.

Does anyone have a mATX board they would highly recommend?

they have a strong O/B video card, if your card ever dies or something , new chipset,
and with your video card they will support Hybrid SLI to save energy ...
