I agree completely with Loyalty.
the regular IT7 or the BD7II-RAID board are both excellent and easy to configure.
I have a BD7II-RAID board...minor OC (no voltage changes all stock) just upped the FSB on a 2ghz p4 northwood from 100 to 117 to bring it at 2.35 and man I get HUGE improvements and everything is completely stable (got over 2600 pts higher on 3dmark score!!! using radeon 9700) I haven't personally used the IT7, but from what I hear it's near the same as BD7RAID cept for the new i/o stuff and extra raid ports..less pci slots but who needs 5/6 pci slots when you have all the fancy i/o ports built into the moboard?
