Best way to mount a 92mm fan onto an HD 6570?

Hi, Mike2012 here and I'd like to know what the best way to mount a fan onto my GPU would be. Here's a picture of the GPU if it helps:

I've tried zip-tying it, but this card seems kind of hard to zip-tie a fan onto.

And lastly, I notice the fan has a 4-pin connector... So where would I plug that into?

Go the easy way. Use zipties.

The 4 pin connector would just go to your PSU.
