SOLVED Biostar TA785 A2+ Wont start up.

My dad decided he wanted to try the on-board OC tools(after i told him its a bad idea) and now his computer wont start up, just Beep constantly and dosen't start/go to bios when i press DEL, I've never had to reset the bios on a pc before and don't know if thats what i should do? any help is appreciated.
