Blurred background screen on log in with Windows

Ever wonder why your background screen when you log in to Windows 10 is blurred?
To un-blur it you go to settings > personalization > colors, turn off Transparency effects
Now when you turn your PC on or do a reboot, your background pic will not be blurred ay log in.

Why this option is there in the 1st place I have no idea, IMO it should never have been in the OS.

Can't say I wondered or wanted to change that.... but neat!!

We use that where I work. I like it. I'm not allowed to say "why" we use it though.
