Bridging the Gap

I watch the 30 min youtube video on the Swiftech H220 AIO system and I'm basically sold on the product. Gabe talked a lot about this being the first AIO system which bridges the gap to a custom water cooling system. As anyone actually done this by hooking up GPUs to the loop and added more raddage? Liked to get some feedback on this if possible. Thanks
