Build feedback please = MB/CPU/GPU

I need to piece together a new system for my boys... I confess, I'm getting old and don't follow hardware much these days. I'm looking for something simple that will provide reasonable performance/value. I'd like to spend $700 or less on these three components.

Unless there is a crazy deal out there, I'm trying to only buy through NewEgg... I've used them for many many years now and they always get it right.

I suppose could scale back the memory... if I install a 32bit OS they would never even use 4GB. It just doesn't feel right spending under $100 on memory though!

The video card looks like I could buy a second one for SLI if my oldest son decides he needs to boost his FPS.

Thoughts/feedback/advice would be appreciated!

Why would you scale back the memory? 4GB is $45. You don't want to install a 32 bit OS.
What are the other components you have? Do you know what GPUs and cases and hard drives are good right now?

This should be fine for the kids. Throw in a CPU cooler and OC this beast to 4.5+ if you want.
