Can anyone tell me if I can use these fans on my mobo?

No. Your motherboard electronics are not designed to handle that much amperage.

That makes me sad. Can you recommend a good performance fan for the Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.B CPU Cooler that my motherboard would be able to handle?

Earthdog is right on.
You're unlikely to enjoy the noise level of that Delta anyway, them suckers are loud.

You don't need that much fan is what us was alluding to. 4.5ghz on a mega with yate loon highs is tangible.

Something like this Panaflo should do pretty well. You have the advantage of the higher static pressure, the fan is relatively quiet, a 0.13A power draw, and it's cheaper than that Delta. The linked site also seems to have a 120x38 San Ace that I am thinking about snatching up a few of to try out on my rad compared to my Panaflo ultra highs.:D
