Can I be this bad at overclocking?

Well I went to about a dozen web sites as well as this one, and for the price and for the cooling quality it is always in the top three, So since it was about 20 less then TRUE I went with it.

What others would you recomend?

well after looking around, without reading reviews i see why you choose it MIR putting it into the $20 range.. the small number of HP's on the cooler bothers me for cooling while oced. most of the poeple have been able to do 3ghz on the stock cooler so hitting 3.4ghz should be a issue on that cooler. assuming the airflow thru the case, is a good layout,what case?

though if possible i would spend more and not worry about a MIR.
