I recently got a few errors on my WD 160GB HD when I tried loading Windows, so I tried to reinstall or reformat and found out I cant. When I try to use any partioning programs it says HD is missing a file and there is a virus found. So I cant isntall anything on it, or acess any of my files that were already on it. I tried to boot from another HD and acess the corrupt one from Windows, but its not even being recognized.
So my question is can the files be saved and can the HD itself still work or is it pretty much gone now? Thanks in advance
