If so which colored wires do i need to attach to a 2 pin connection? PSU controls fan by thermal temp btw

Red and black wires are power (red is 12v, black is ground), yellow is tach (rpm) and blue is pwm signal. If you want to voltage-control a fan you need to use red and black.

So my psu will be able to control it with using the red and black wire? Just the same as a manual fan controller.?

Yes, if your PSU has fan control ability, you need to connect the red and black wires. It doesn't have 3-pin fan connectors?

No its 2-pin connector with thermal rpm control. Iv done this with a 3 pin fan on same PSU so just wanted to know if would be the same for a PMW 4 Pin
