check the bracket the heatsink clips to there are 4 nubs that need to be taken off for good contack without the ihs, otherwise you run the risk of burning up your chip
 
this isnt the AMD heatpipe cooler...I'm pretty sure there is good contact actually because I was just dual priming 2.8gHz @1.48V and the load temp was 45C. If the contact was bad I'm sure that would be way higher. I just find it odd that I didnt see any improvement in temps.

I might reattach the IHS using AS5 as the interface material...that might end up helping my temps. Either that or I might sell the chip and use my 146.
