Cheap SFF?

I've been thinking about building a SFF computer for a Media Center, but I don't wanna buy a fully-upgraded system, something like an old P4, 256-512mb RAM, and the smallest hard drive I can find. It wouldn't be doing much intensive work. The problem is that all NEW SFF PC's are pretty expensive. Any way you can find old Shuttles or Biostar's for like $100-$150?

Im not sure what the price of the older shuttles are, but you should be able to find a socket A shuttle for a lot less than a P4 one. A P4 cpu is also a lot more expensive than an XP.
