Checkdisk always..wtf

I scheduled a checkdisk on my next reboot about a week ago and now every time i reboot it says drive type NTFS cannot continue or something and never does the checkdisk, so how do i get checkdisk message to go away?

If you are comfortable with editing the registry you can check these keys and where you see a value of....1 Change it to a zero

You dont list your OS but you give reference to NTFS so my guess is 2K or XP
