I found this stuff at Home Depot. It's 6 bucks for an 11 oz can. It's in the aisle with the fancier electrical stuff, like gold RCA cables, network cables, etc.

This stuff just blew away Arctic Silver. Like the can says, it's quick drying, leaves no residue, and, most important, SAFE FOR PLASTICS.

This stuff also blew away conductive paint that hadn't dried. So, if you don't like your unlocking effort, just spray it away and try again.

WARNING! While this stuff is safe for the CPU, the adhesive on the 4 pads isn't so lucky. You'll melt it away if you're not careful (ask me how I know...) The pad themselves are not damaged and can simply be glued back on.
