components for this case

Looking at getting a SILVERSTONE LC02 case for a good price. It has a 240w flex atx power supply. My question is: whats safe to put in this case?? I was thinking about an amd 780g mobo w/hdmi out, a 5050e cpu, 2-4 gigs of ram, up to a 500gb hard drive, and a blu-ray drive(might get an external 1 of those though)....Or- can I put in a larger power supply????
