Continuous beeping sound on a new build

I finally found my speaker to know what was going on because, it was not showing the bios or anything. So theres a continuous beeping I won't stop so I shut off the computer. Heres a video with sound of whats going on

Remove all but one memory stick. If it still beeps at you, move that one stick around to all four memory slots.

the video is not plugged in... try having everything plugged in then see if it beeps. Test booting with 1 stick of RAM is always a good idea; adding more in after its posted .
