Cooler Master V6 vs. Xigmatek Dark knight

Should i buy a cooler master V6 or a Xigmatek Dark knight cpu cooler to overclock?

Also what is the best relatively low priced fan with good static pressure for good temps on either of these coolers

If you are looking at bigass coolers, I've had some great results with the Titan Fenrir, $10 cheaper too.
