cooling fans

So currently I have my setup so the fans are bringing air in from the rear (3) since they are by a window and 3 exhaust in the front.
I bought a fan controller for them however it doesnt work! The fans all have female molex connectors and same with the controller. Its an aerocool f6xt. Has anyone else ever ran into a problem like this? Solutions? Other than buying a bunch of gender changers or cutting wire? Is there something missing on my controller?

The pictures here show all 4-pin molex connections... You must be looking at the daisy chain end of the molex of the fan. The fan should have a male end on it.

None of my fans have a daisy chain end, however I just spliced a new molex on them
