Cooling suggestions.

I was thinking of purchasing a AMD Phenom II X2 560 BE, but I'd want to overclock it to 4 cores. I would be using the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3, this would be my first overclock, so I need some pretty basic information first. Cooler, I doubt the one in the case could handle the 4 cores, so what am I looking for in a cpu-fan, what specs?

Also, is this a good overclockable build? Would you recommend overclocking the speed too?
