Yeah I love the design of the air 240 case, and from what I gather for a small form factor case it should be easy enough for a first time builder. I can see why you'd consider the h4440 case, really nice. First I've seen of it.
I'm a bit stuck for building now. The rest of the parts I'll be getting on my birthday. Next month. When I build I'll be sure to post though
Didn't realize you were a first time builder. The case is probably one of the friendliest cases for building an mATX/ITX system. The cables don't need to be routed with any degree of care or finesse, and you don't need to secure them to the back of the mobo tray with zip ties so they lie flat and the side panel can be put back on, thanks to the very cavernous "PSU/HDD" section at the "back/side" of the case.
Just a word of warning, I was watching the Hardware Canucks review of the 240 on youtube and they said that it scratches and dents VERY easily compared to most cases, so you'll want to take extra care when you build it that you don't scratch any of the panels on the case. Might not be a bad idea to put the little rubber feet (without sticking them, just resting) on the side of the case that's laying flat on your table while you build, so you don't scratch the frame/back side panel of the case. Given how fragile this case is for scratches, I'd suggest getting it totally naked (take of the front and both side panels) to build. That way if you do scratch the frame, it'll be covered up when you put it all back together.
