Although my temps are good (mid 60's c W/seti) My question is exactly how tight should the hold downs on the water block be tightened? I tightened finger tight then w/ a cross tip tightened a little more. Is that good or should they only be finger tight?

Finger tight is fine or some screws will stop as a safety measure so it does not damage the CPU pins.

So it'll be ok if I loosen each one and re-tighten only finger tight,I won't have to completely remove and start over?
