CPU Temp Software.. Error

Okay the Two Softwares im using currently are Real Temp and CoreTemp

Real Temp Tells me my CPU temperature is currently :

How ever Core temp Tells me otherwise..

Could someone tell me which is the most reliable one?

Core temp for sure in this case. make sure Realtemp is the latest and updated and you do the umm test thing.

Also look at HW Monitor, I like that one.

Go into the RealTemp Settings window and click on the Reset button. You have changed the TJ Max value to 80 when you should have left this alone. It should be set to 105 for your CPU. Changing this will screw up your reported core temperatures so don't change it if you don't understand what this feature is for.
