yes you would use the sli bridge for sli and the lucid for a nvidia/ati combo from what i understand.

ATi CrossfireX Supported
nVidia SLI Supported
Lucid ATi + nVidia Supported"
 
I don't think an AMD chipset, which this board has, will support "native" SLI so I'm pretty sure you'd have to use the Hydra chip. From our Front Page article by Hokiealumnus:
Author’s Note: Please note for clarity, the Hydra chip offers ”N mode” rather than “SLI”. This is a good thing, in that you can combine different generations rather than being tied to identical cards as with SLI. So while you can run multiple NVIDIA cards, it is not “SLI”.
