Has anyone used a passively cooled laptop during a Australian hot summer without air conditioning? It is okay under heavy tasks? I’m just considering buying Dell 3573 with N4000. Need answers

In other words, you are considering buying one with a dead fan, correct?

Passive cooling will not work on a laptop. The active cooling barely covers things as it is.

If you are a do it yourself kind of person the cost of replacing the fan is very minimal.
