DFI LanParty NF3 250FB bios source?

I bought this board from a member a year or two ago and am finally getting the chance to play with it and get my backup system running again.

The board appears to have the factory bios on it, and I cannot disable CPU throttling without making the board not post at all until clearing the cmos settings and starting fresh again.

Where can I get an updated bios and flash software for this board? I can't seem to locate it on dfi's site.
