I'm a brand new noob at overclocking. After a ridiculous amount of searching for help online, this is the best help I could find: http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Proces...erformance-and-Architecture/Integrated-Voltag

That is what my BIOS looks like.

Putting cores to 46, ring to 45, input voltage to 1.2 (should this be higher?), leaving VR options enabled and leaving it offset does nothing. I kept turbo boost enabled (I think) because I prefer it. But stress testing with any program such as AIDA64 only tests up to 3.4GHz maximum, which is the base clock of the intel i5-4670k.

How do I overclock this thing and stress test it?:-/

I think you have to disable Turbo-Boost to stably overclock.

EDIT: Nevermind, I was thinking of something else.
