Dirext X offset on Radeon 9700np

I'm using rage3d to overclock the card a little bit. If anyone knows their way around the software can you please tell me how to remove the offset black boxes in video. In profiles i set it to 95/9700 quality and i noticed that the black boxes (in video cut scenes) is offset so i can see what is behind them, slightly. Its obviously a setting in rage3d because it can be removed when changed to 95/9700 defaults.
