Do I need cooling for this setup?

Hey guys, I'm new to watercooling, and all.
Literally I don't know about overclocking or anything, but I'm purchasing a gaming setup and I'm wondering if I need any cooling for this config :

Where should I apply cooling towards, please specify!
Could you give instructions so I could give it to the person building it for me at the place I'm purchasing.

Hi Jason welcome to the forums

That is a nice system your building. Looks good as far as CPU cooling goes, That system is compairable with highend air and should serve you well. Thats also a nice case and I'm sure your system builder will install some high quailty fans so that system can breath. Looks like your all set.

well...I'm not quite sure what you mean by "where should you apply the cooling towards, are you talking about the flow or are you talking about further cooling? Corsair 800d is a big case, and the airflow in it sorta sucks with just the 3 140mm fans, slap 3 120's up top to move some air and you should be ok. Combined with the fact that you have the h50, which doesn' use case air, and the 5870, which isn't a particularly hot card, you should be ok.

I think he meant which item to apply the WC to....the only thing you would need it would be on the CPU if you wanted to overclock it.

The GPU will do fine if there is enough airflow in the case.
