Does Anyone Have this "Genius" Webcam?

Check out the pic of the silver webcam I am trying to find working or correct drivers for here. I could pull hair out if I try anymore and they don't work. I am using XP Pro btw. If anyone has this cam and has correct drivers I would appreciate them very much.

it isnt plug and play? Windows should probably provide the drivers if there was no cd
