in the front of the COUGAR Panzer Max Black ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case with the drive bays left in

If you were to eliminate the PSU shroud then I don't see any reason it wouldn't. If you would like to retain the shroud then I believe it would need to be modded a bit to allow the extra 40mm thickness.
