Expansion Slot type

It looks to be a riser slot, which will be proprietary to that server (or server series). Here is an example in one of my Poweredge R710 servers. They are used to turn the cards 90 degrees and/or to expand into multiple slots (as per the picture).

Is that a 26xx series Poweredge?

That makes a lot of sense. Unfortunately, I am not sure what the equivalent Poweredge would be to this thing, it's a Dell F1CH. Guess I will hunt down something on ebay or a different machine.

 Random PCI Riser ebay link looks like the slot would line up pretty good to me

:edit: better example
