the crystal orb is not only the fan. youre gonna replace also the stock heatsink for it.
there are standard holes in the pcb that you will use to attach the corb. i think the PNY G3Ti200 is the same as the MSI - actually i think its even made by MSI, if thats correct then you should get it installed without any problem.

Thats a HSF unit, with consist of a heatsink(metal parts around the fan), and the fan. There are also 2 holes on the PCB to attach the Corb, so all you have to do is remove the stock HSF. If you are having problem removing it, run 1/2hr of 3dmark and then try to remove it. If that doesn't work, try the freezer trick.
