Your temps are looking pretty good you should be able to squeeze a little bit more out of it.

I wouldn't update the BIOS unless you're having problems. Things looked pretty good to me from the shots you posted. As for 4.2 that might be a stretch. The PhenomIIs had a tendency to get a bit flaky around 55°c and you're nearly there with a 50°c max temp so far. Only way to find out is to try. If it were me at this point I would try to get another 200 MHz out of the CPU_NB and maybe see what the ram can do. Speeding up the NB on the PIIs does have a noticeablr benefit but will likely push the temps just a bit higher.
