This is my first attempt at a gaming PC build geared towards playing Borderlands 2, League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and PlanetSide 2 all around 60 fps on ultra settings, along with the occasional movie laying on a secondary screen. I'm sure I overlooked something, so I leave it to you anyone who's willing to help me get more for my money. The budget is around 1000$ and my only requirements are at least an i5 processor and an SSD. Which brings me to my second question, what SSD is recommended, because obviously, this build does not have one yet. Thank you for your time.

Operating System: Windows 7 or 8?

Everything there looks quite balanced to me...but DO NOT BUY WINDOWS 8.

As for an SSD, I'd grab one on sale (from Newegg if possible). A 128 GB would be plenty for the OS, Internet browsers, and a few games....only what you want to load quicker.

Take a peek at the latest Newegg sale. :)

Thanks alot, I was actually leaning towards 8 because I can get a discount on it, But after that response, I'm sticking with 7 lol. And 128 is definitely enough for what I need, so it looks like I'm good to go.

I would absolutely buy Windows 7 unless you find it interesting to have a part of a tablet OS on your desktop OS, lol, it's like dual booting except you can't get rid of the other system (ClassicShell can hide it...)

Other than that looks great

That's what it looked like lol
Well then yeah, I'm sticking with 7.
