First gaming pc build

I had set out about a 500$ budget and it was quite SPOT ON due to some deals on NewEgg that made the total just right (-35$ due to some codes). It's my first ever build and I don't know that much about building. I hope I did well, please give a good review.

I have other essentials such as screen keyboard mouse etc... tell me how I did and are the parts suitable for each other? As in do they fit.

I don't know anything about Radeon, everything looks great for the price, I would have went for the i5 2500k though, used it's $165 on Amazon

Thanks! I appreciate the other options. The i5 2500k would have been a better option for another 65$, oh well, the i3 will do for now.

You'd have done much better with an FX6300 CPU for almost the same price as that dual core i3.

I could have stretched another 20, would have done it too, but again, I'm quite new to the whole pc building area and I didn't have much time to look through a whole bunch of things. Thanks for the input and knowledge, my friend is planning on making his first pc and I might just recommend the FX6300 for him. The force wasn't strong? I thought it was... and I thought your profile pic looked like Spock in high school for a second.
