flashing bios for performance gains?

I don't know how to flash the bios, but that can be easily learned. I was just wondering if the new upgrades help performance wise?

doesn't look like they mentioned any OC'ing beneifts in any of those BIOS updates, check the forums in that motherboard section to see what everybody is running, perhaps there is a good beta BIOS that will help, flashing a BIOS is easy, but be warned if something/anything goes wrong you will find yourself with a motherboard shaped paper weight...

Well not quite that extreme...but you will have to pull the BIOS chip out and send it in to have them reflash it. Better yet, get the BIOS saver and then flash away without worrying of flash problems.
