SOLVED Flipped AGP slot on Old intel Mobo??

Alright guys, I have a Gateway Jabil 4000586,http://panam.gateway.com/s/MOTHERBD/JABIL/4000586/4000586tc.shtml, I know super old but im hoping somebody can help me. It appears that the AGP slot is flipped. Ive attached some pictures to help understand.




I had a different card in there, and it was in the correct orientation but i would like to give this card a go.

Is it safe to power on like this?

its not flipped, it just wont support your card. you will need to find another card that is compatible with the board.

Yup, looks like you have an AGP 2x mobo & an AGP 4x video card.
