Four Activate Window (tFAW) >= 4 * tRRD?

I read somewhere on the 'net that tFAW should be, minimally, equal to 4 * tRRD. The thing is, I've never found that article again and never found anything that supports that theory.
So, is it true? Or just another 'net rumor?

Net rumor. It doesnt(always) work like that.

In theory maybe yes but you can set it to totally different values and it will work without issues too.
