I use ImgBurn, and it's done everything I've ever needed in burning/ripping software.

If you are burning ISOs, Windows 7 does that natively. Simply right click the file. Otherwise, I second the ImgBurn suggestion.

And if we're lucky, Windows 8 will natively allow mounting of ISOs.
