SOLVED friggen GIF as avatar

I have an avatar, see it over on the left, just all static and all, well it's supposed to be doing stuff like stuff is ment to.
what I see is it's to big, 120x120 pixels or so is what's allowed, how do I make this little GIF small enough to do the stuff it's supposed to?
my old avatar was kind of old and nobody ever saw the FX hidden in it so it was time for it to go.

the gimp does it very well and very easy to learn.
I got it scaled to fit but ran into the 10kb limit and mine was 68KB, not going to happen.
