fx 6100 bsod problem 0x00000101

fx 6100
mb asus m5a78l-le
8 gb ram
hd 5770

i bought the procesor and the mb 3 mounth ago and keept it on stock settings about 2 weeks ago it started with bsod i did some stability test prime 95 mem test but it is stable olso with cinebench before this bsod i had constant 4.22 score now i get 3.88 to 4.07 even once i got 2.2 :/ i checked the cooler and added some silver cool but still the same can some vody tell my what is causing that the mb or the cpu so i can now wich to send to waranty sorry 4 my english

my os windows 7 i tryed to reinstall windows several time having windows xp ; windows 7 and windows 8 consumer preview all updates were made adn all drivers ar up to date such as bios i think it is a mother board problem my friend got the same generation of motherboard m5a78l-lx an he has bigger problems his mobo is brand new baught 2 day a goo and he gets bsod same as i and hes computer freze and restarts with no bsod but white lines on the screan he has a fx6100-m5a78l-lx-8gbddr3-hd6770-1to hdd-600wat then i or maybee it is the procesor it self
