G.Skill announced today they have released a 128 GB Ripjaws4 memory kit (16GBX8) at 2800 MHz, making it the fastest 128 GB kit on the market. The kit features respectable timings of 16-16-16-36 and requires 1.35 V for operation. The Samsung ICs found on the kit use the 20nm fabrication process. Here is the press release we received today.
