G.Skill has just announced its new workhorse series, the Zeta R5 R-DIMM DDR5 RAM. Capable of quad and octo-channel bandwidth, these high-capacity, low-latency DIMMs are designed for powerhouse workstations and heavy computations. These kits will be available in frequencies of 5600, 6000, and 6400 MHz with capacities of up to 256GB (32GBx8). Naturally, G.Skill tested the full potential of these kits and was able to achieve 6800 MHz CL34 in an 8-channel build. Pricing has not been announced but availability is expected in March of 2023.
