My current rig is experiencing problems when playing BF4 and CoD Ghosts. Whenever I play my system reports memory usage at 97%!!! It becomes unplayable due to that! I'm running GTX 660Ti 3-way SLI with a 4.4GHz OC on 4770K! Do I need more RAM? I currently have 8GB of 2400MHz G-Skill.

8GB is fine for BF4 and COD:G. What is actually using the most memory? Have a look see in task manager.

I also assume the memory reading at 97% is system memory or are you talking vRAM? Where are you seeing this value in the first place?

Try turning off SLI
I would stutter horribly ingame and it took forever to load when I had xfire enabled on my 7970s

edit, I should clarify this was on COD:Ghosts only

My mouse would even begin to lag on the desktop from it. Task Manager would report it. I did a memory diagnosis. No problems reported.
