as saiod above it is YOUR responsibility to do your research, it is YOUR fualt you have to pay the %15 as it was YOU who did not buy the proper item.

end of story, good fo googlegear on nailing down on people like your self who repeatedly return things for no real good reason, it is because of this %15 that they can keep prices down on other items.
