Look closely... Looks like the cards are running at 8x instead of 16x
When I run GPU-Z, mine says PCI-e 16x @ 16x.....

Well thats 3 cards in SLI as well which is probably cutting 2 cards down to 8x right there then the 3rd probably can only run 8x anyways. Besides its PCI-E 2.0, which really is 8x is 16x on PCI-E 1.0/1.1
