Hello, I want to replace my brother's GPU and I want to know which GPU is better: GTX 9800 plus xfx OR GT 630 asus

The 9800+ is a better GPU but it's limited to DX10 so depends on uses most modern titles run in DX11

630 does have more ram though, 2048 vs 512. Sometimes a slower card with more ram can give better performance. I experienced this in call of duty on 6600gt 128mb vs 7600gs 256mb. (Both ancient, but still a comparison..)
