Gaming temps isn't a standard temp test. Prime 95 small ffts. Record idle temps and load temps, load temps after running P95 30 minutes. and record your rooms temps when done. Then we can help.

Your not using the mobo overclocking software are you? Don't.

Yes. Also use Realtemp for temps.

We have a CPU sub-forum where you can read the stickies and learn how to overclock. The AI Suite pushes wayyy to much voltage for overclocking. You have to learn to do it the fun and hard way to do it right.

Show a screenshot of CPU-Z also.

And.......... Time to move this to the Intel CPU forum. Many experts there. Use the exclamation point in the upper right and ask a mod to move the full thread to the better forum for help.

Also DL HW monitor, it shows GPU temps too and works good for Intel CPU core temps.

Your screenshots are close to what is needed. Your doing fine, you'll learn a ton and spend a few days learning about overclocking.

I suggest you ask a mod to move this and spend a day or two reading the overclocking stickies. Then ask your questions. They will be smart and you'l understand the answers.

He also has a thread regarding overclocking where this is going... perhaps merge them since this is part of that issue is my take on it....

Yep, good catch ED.

OP: You see where the experts are moving you for help? It's not yout H100, you need to learn about overclocking and reasonable expectations.

Let this one die or be moved. You DON't want 2 threads at once for the same problem. If your new to these types of forums, take our advice. We are forom regualrs and seen many like this. Be a good forum member.
